Will close #57.

TODO

[x] include Taskomatic into the main build system
[ ] migrate Taskomatic to a cross-platform version of .NET
[ ] make sure the CI is green
[x] document running Taskomatic
After merge
[ ] move Taskomatic issues to Praefectus issue tracker
[ ] add a note onto the Taskomatic page mentioning Praefectus
[ ] archive the Taskomatic project on GitHub
