Prioritize `Hazelguard` in the region visit command autocompletion #15

Currently, more alphabetic important player names will show up first in the autocompletion, such as hazerian. This can be annoying, and would increase the comfort.

Not possible with small effort, there is a method in mojang's Brigadier which sorts all the suggestions.
