Guild minigames - Githubissues

Suggestion:

[ ] Some reusable minigame arenas (preferably multiple) -> Set up posh to create some
[ ] A way of denying access to arenas that are in-use
[ ] An unlockable option in the guild menu to unlock being able to participate in games (like spend 500 guild EXP or something)
[ ] A place where guild members can dump guild exp that can be used to challenge other guilds
[ ] A /g challenge command, accessible through guild rank with permission new challenge permission?
[ ] A way for players to spectate the battle
