Hello, thank you for this excellent library. Is there a way to integrate browserify-middleware with something like factor-bundle?

This would be a very nice addition. @ForbesLindesay have you looked into this at all? I would gladly make a PR for this.

I'm afraid I'm not really actively maintaining this at the moment. It works well and I don't need more powerful functionality myself. I would be happy to accept a pull request though.
