The main backend stuff for collections and the decklist checking. Needs some TLC for the front end if anyone wants to make it better :D.

Pricing stuff is included if @Enhaloed finds a way to move it to JS it can be enabled.

Sorry for delay in getting to this, but I'll be closing this as stale for now. Happy to revisit this with some changes.
