Feature suggestion: Compose command locally and then submit for laggy connections #199

Using ssh over laggy connections is problematic and this is more likely with 
shellinabox than a straight ssh connection. It doesn't take much lag to make 
correcting typos a nightmare. Even 200ms can be irritating. 

It would be great if you could compose the command you want to send locally and 
then hit submit, in addition to live interaction. 

Of course this can be done with copy and paste but a little help in the process 
would help.
