Session does not end if browser window/tab is closed #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into an account
2. Close the Tab
3. use "w" to show logged in users

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Session should close after a while but it is still runnig many hours later. 
There should be an option to kill old unused sessions automaticaly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ShellInABox version 2.10 (revision 239) | Debian 6.0.5

This appears to be a dup of issue 103, though I don't think I can mark it as 
that properly.
