Support for ipad and automatic typing #236

We want the software to work on an ipad.  We also want to search for regular 
expressions in the terminal, and send back text based on what we see.

This patch adds support for those features.

applied patch and got shellinaboxd in  /usr/local/bin

am I suppose to remove old shellinabox pkg? or just replace shellinaboxd with 
the new patched one?

still same issue with ipad scrolling the output passed the top of the ssh 
terminal screen!

let me know what I need to do to get this working for ipad
