feat(update): add lumber update command

PR manually tested:

• with all turnkey images, removing some models/forest/routes files and running lumber update - all files recreated
• with a postgres & a mongo setup with multiples databases of the same DBS - adding a new database creates the associated models in a dedicated folder
• with a mysql setup, switching to a multi database setup with both postgresql & mysql databases - Still a few tweaks needed, mainly because of the DATABASE_SCHEMA variables, that we will have to rediscuss.
