3d example for Euler equations on mapped grids #251

This PR is mostly about the Overpressure example for the 3d Euler equations. This PR includes many examples :

Euler equations on a 3d non-mapped grid.
Euler equations on mapped Cartesian grid (with possible bump at z=0)
Euler on a regional latlong grid, extruded in the radial direction.
Euler on a sphere (cubed sphere and pillow sphere) also extruded in the radial directions.

Not all bugs are worked out of the 3d solver. In particular, work is still needed for the rptt Riemann solver for the mapped grids.
