This fixes the problem with the 3d mapped grid solver

Additional scaling factors involving the volume (capacity) of the 3d mesh were needed in flux updates in double transverse solve.
Five examples have been updated. These include the "nomad", "cartesian", "cartesian with bump", "cubed sphere" and "latlong" examples.
