As a voter, when I read a rating I'd like to see the other rating's they have posted in order to see if they align with my values.

This was an idea Bill brought up during Hack for Democracy Boston.

This should be connected to the rating system (maybe +1 per upvote).

This is being resolved by changes for issue #27 .
