NPE when looking at Binnie's Mod Compartment with HWYLA

Issue Description:

If this is a feature request, this template does not apply to you. Just delete everything. This bug occurs in the Enigmatica 2 modpack, of which I am the dev. I have reported this on the Binnie issue tracker aswell.

What happens:

What you expected to happen:

No NPE

1. Look at a Binnie's Compartment

I was informed that it's returning a null IFluidHandler after saying it has one.
