Under-implemented Bee Products #549

This is two issues:

1: The quantum bee is only producing mellow combs. I tested this for hours with 8 queens automatically producing in Gendustry apiaries. Only mellow combs were produced. The are supposed to make mellow 25%/shimmering 15%/certus 15% according to JEI (this is also how they used to be in previous versions).

2: Numerous bees, including all the AE2 bees (Certus, Fluix and Skystone), do not make anything but basic combs. As someone who really wants to use bees as much as possible this is frustrating. I would like them to be made functional. I don't know if this was done by the pack but I don't see why that would be so.

I can support this one, I have the absolute bee. Won't make Kelvin Drops. It is in a taiga biome, so it should be producing its specialty. @Ivokros are your bees in their preferred biome? Specialty drops only made in bees preferred biomes even if they have temp/hum tolerance.

All of the AE2 Bees are from Magic Bees, not Binnies.

That being said, Binnies has a quantum and spatial queen which produce Certus Combs, which turn into certus dust. There is no alternative currently to fluix in Binnies currently.
