[1.12.2] Rock hive doesn't generates in some biomes #650

Hello,

I don't know if this parameters is configurable but i notice that rock hives doesn't generate in all biomes underground

An exemple of ungereting biome : Mesa plateau, Desert, MiningBiome from aroma1997 and others Exemple of biome with generate : Plains, rivers, etc

Ascertainment done with xray.

Is it a bug or not, i remenber in 1.7.10 that got amount of rock hive in my aroma1997 miningworld.
