I've had a multi-farm setup (regular woodchopping) which collects wood blocks, saplings and also fruit drops. It has collected tons of chestnuts and apples for me previously, so I figured it would also collect the mangoes I had carefully crossbred for an infinite ethanol/biomass production.
Sadly, the multi-farm, both regular (without circuit) or upgraded to an orchard don't pick up and of the fruits that are dropped from the leaves. They only pick up fruits from forestry, but not a manderines, mangoes... from binnie's mod.
