I don't know if this only happening to me or not ... but Forestry 3.5.x with BuildCraft 6.4.x .... Farm does not auto-extract to pipes below it like it used to ... Peat-Fired Engine also does not auto-extract its Ash to BC Pipes like it used to. Also, machines can't be powered with kinesis pipes. And some gate triggers like Power Requested doesn't work with machines like Centrifuge.

I'm using BC 6.4.11 btw

When I downgrade to Forestry 3.4.x ... all works fine again.

After discussions and testings with Nirek, we discovered that the issue with machines can't be powered with kinesis pipes and power requested trigger is world-specific to mine. It is an old world, while they are fine in a new world. But what holds true is the inability of Peat-Fired Engine and Farm Hatch to auto-extract to BC Pipes. And how Beeswax cannot be converted into waterproof pipe sealant. Happens in Forestry 3.4.x, as well. Sorry for the trouble. :(
