BoO: Create a tool inventory at the farm

Create an inventory of the tools and materials we have at the farm. (shovels, pitchforks, pots, gloves, etc)

Label all tools with white tape (located in greenhouse)

We can/should include battery packs, since some of us bring our personal ones in for use also, and it will be good to not confuse them.

We can add the count of those such items to this issue and then close it.
