Release Notes #54

Release notes will allow our team to announce changes throughout the guides hub. This includes new guides, improvements, and issues.

In order to offer this within the guide's hub, these tasks must be completed.

[x] Create release notes anchor link
[x] Add FontAwesome icon: arrow-progress via the anchor link icon

Once these tasks are completed new release note pages can be made.
