Hang on intersect #39

1. Grab the attached file and extract a.ply and b.ply
2. Update to changeset 2e6e59022e6e822c7970092881865c2c1add1bf0
3. Build and run intersect --triangles --edge a.ply INTERSECTS b.ply
4. It will hang forever
