[16.0][IMP] rma: rma group

Some improvements regarding the RMA Group:

• make the state visible
• handle the case of 'cancelled' lines for compute the state
• addition of action buttons that we have on the RMA lines @CarlosVForgeFlow , @florian-dacosta , @AaronHForgeFlow
