task: Add feature gate for DS_ADVERTISED_LISTEN_ADDRESS #41

Move server configuration properties to a new ServerConfiguration struct. Add default value for DS_ADVERTISED_LISTEN_ADDRESS to work with DS Proxy. Add override option for user and remove value when using multi-cluster.
