unsupported_response_type Response type is not supported for device code flow #60

I am getting unsupported_response_type Response type is not supported when I enter user code openam/oauth2/device/user here. For enabling device code flow, I created an Oauth agent client and set the response type as token under realm->agents-> OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect Client -> Pleas guide me if I have missed any step in the configuration.
