Just testing your community edition of OpenDJ out of the box but the "dsconfig" connect fails with certificate_unknown error.
Java --version output is
"java 12.0.1 2019-04-16
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 12.0.1+12)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 12.0.1+12, mixed mode, sharing)"
OpenDJ Server seems to run OK and is accessible from my ldap admin tool.
However, for me, the OpenDJ community edition is not usable without a functioning dsconfig command :-(
