No fire sound fx from fire pits, braziers, etc. #402

Describe the bug There is no fire sounds emitting from any sources that should have it.

To Reproduce Turn music off. Stand next to fire sources such as the large fire pit in Dragons Reach in front of Jarl's throne. Or the food cooking station. Or any of the braziers. Torches. etc. This applicable across any sources in any area that I've explored. Riverwood to Whiterun to Markath.

Expected behavior Fire should emit crackling fire sounds? :)

AOS is properly overwriting the sound effects for fire sources, unsure what could be causing this.
