Summary: Solstheim Map Issue
Details: Can't open the map on Solstheim even though I have it. Deactivating the MapReqs shows a 3d worldmap without markers
Steps to reproduce: 1) Visit Solstheim, equip map, open map.
2) console: "set mapreqsdisabled to 1" deactivates the requirements, open the map, enjoy ugly 3d map.
