Type: SL Widget not enabled and set up after running MCM Recorder

Summary: The arousal (and other SL Widgets) are not enabled

Details: Need to enable, exit to game, then go back into SL Widgets to enable the arousal widget.

Steps to reproduce: Start a new game and run the MCM Recorder.

Something is weird here, when I try to make them appear using MCM Recorder it doesn't work. Will fix when fix is found
