Describe the bug
When using the down arrow to toggle the helmet visibility, hair is not removed. If forcing the toggle by drawing/sheathing a weapon, the hair is toggled as expected.
To Reproduce
PC with long or fluffy/big hair, and a helmet. Equip the helmet and use the down arrow key to toggle visibility on and off.
Expected behavior
Hair should be removed like in the auto hide process.
Screenshots

Take a screenshot of this and include that in this report. You will know if you have the correct thing selected if it is highlighted white after clicking on it.

well now the issue is if i wanna toggle the hood to visible, it doesn't hide the hair
it does if it auto does it via combat
but not if done manually
so thats odd
