This bug from POTD appears to be present in MS as well.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new character, following the steps to initialize MCM.

  1. Give self flame cloak time
  2. Set Magicka to 300 to use flame cloak
  3. Equip flame cloak and cast. Observe you now have flame cloak effect.
  4. Dodge roll with Engarde, default wasd+v in third person with spell readied
  5. Observe that flame cloak is dispelled
