Summary: Using 1H weapon and Magic, can't use off-hand.
Details: When equipping a weapon or magic in your offhand, you can only use what's in your main hand. With magic in your main hand and 1h weapon in your off hand, when you right click it does nothing. Vice verse you will block but not use magic.
Steps to reproduce: Equip any 1h weapon in main hand, equip magic in off-hand and vice versa.
