Summary: HP, MP and Stamina Bar Locations are in wrong spot
Details: I already have a solution, it will probably require an alternate ini for 21:9 users to activate, will also probally require different values for other UWs. But in essence it requires you to edit the PlayerWidgetXs in the TrueHUD.ini (easiest to just edit the nordicish preset ini) with negative values (cant do it in game) what worked for me was editing the values to -0.102000.
