Add ability to manually toggle quests in HUD tracker #121

I like the HUD quest tracker feature, but it automatically displaying all active quests is very inconvenient on the GM side when you have several personal quests going at once. It would be nice to be able to manually choose whether a quest shows up on the tracker for you.

Also just occurred to me that it would be nice to be able to designate a separate, shorter quest description to show in the tracker instead of cutting off the main description. Not sure if this should technically be a separate request or not, but I felt bad opening two issues one immediately after the other 😅
