Adjust quest image thumbnail #93

Please let us adjust the quest image instead of just centering it; I use character art and their heads get cut off image

Also, is the image supposed to be on the right like that? or in the box to the left?

This is the featured image (for example splash art, treasure map, document, etc.) and not the image of quest giver, which appears on the left.
