fix: oas.json handle correctly promises #290

fix the issue where oas.json was called two times to ensure that the swagger was rendered correctly, moreover now each time oas.json is called the definition.path variable is set as an empty dictionary to support correct cancellation of endpoints in the near future (autoupdate on file deletion)
