In order to test interoperability, each microservice (currently: Credential Issuer, Authorization Server, Relying Party and Coconut Issuer) should be usable in issuance flows from different organizations - but some will not like this, therefore the microservices should be:

visible only by the admin of the organization
visible and usable from all the organizations

This can be done with a checkbox saying "Allow other organizations to use this" that should be checked by default in this window: https://gyazo.com/2a331b1935a17127474e51d9a6d0a956

It seems that if I'm in Org X, I can still see microservices of Org Y - this should never happen. @bbtgnn ?
