Create organization in test CI-autodeployments is buggy #762

I'm on https://760.pr.didroom.com/

I tried to create organization, after setting it up I'm redirected to a blank paged saying "unathorized" and I can't see the organization in the list
When I try to add an organization with the same name, I get:

Error
Value must be unique.
Failed to create record.

Which makes me think that the organization was created but some heavenly entity got involved in the process with a negative outcome. See: https://760.pr.didroom.com/my/organizations/ilbnki8fayhbkim
