I know that we have discussed this issue but I have come across this issue previously and we need to have an error message created.
Today Ben Bridges was trying to access a proposal that had been created by another user. I know that he cannot because his name isn't on the document but rather than him getting an error message to tell him that he doesn't have access, he just got the spinning G which did not go away. When I went in as admin, I can change the name on the document but this is causing users issues when they do not understand what the problem is.
