Printing randomly freezes when Octolapse is enabled #546

Octolapse Version: v0.4.0

Version of OctoPrint

OctoPrint Version: 1.4.0

When you ran into the problem, did you have diagnostic logging enabled?

Diagnostic Logging was Enabled: YES

What were you doing when the problem occurred

  1. When I have Octolapse enabled printer freezes randomly. Sometimes it will be early in the printing, sometimes closer to end. If I disable Octolapse printing will complete successfully.
  2. Did not make any major changes except to enable DLSR but I get the same regardless of using the PI webcam or the DSLR.
  3. Tried different PIs with the same behavior.

What should have happened?

Printing should have completed

What happened instead?

Printing stoped mid print

edit: I think it has something to do with the smart trigger on octolapse.

This did not work for me, still freezes after a couple layers and states "lost connection to printer"
