Upgrades exp to 49 for the newest version of expo(25)

Expo 25 doesn't seem to build with the current version of exp on appr. We need to upgrade to 49.

@jayeszee we've just released appr@2.0.0 that moves exp to a peerDependency, so you can now set your own preferred version (>= 48) as a devDependency: https://github.com/FormidableLabs/appr/releases/tag/v2.0.0
