Use babel #10

This PR switches the main package over to babel to function as a react component library. In validating the approach I incorporated @paulathevalley's demo from #8 but we can split that back into two PRs if we prefer.

It works!! The demo doesn't look great right now 😅 so I'd prefer to hold off on merging that in until it looks as it should. I'm also thinking that perhaps it should be renamed to docs so that it can handle both documenting the components as well as showcasing them. What do you think?

@treyhoover ok I made some changes! I'd like to keep working on the content for docs but I don't want this to block you, so I can keep working on it in another branch.
