Clean up upload blog leftovers #118

In order to keep the project focused, we should delete things that might be confusing. @binoy14 worked on a demo feature for a client that isn't really part of the showcase project and we should delete it.

Anything using the custom uploadBlog sanity widget or code within /api/uploadBlog can be deleted.

The SANITY_WRITE_TOKEN used for the api endpoint has already been deleted.
