Chore: Remove terraform module

The TF IAM permissions module isn't needed for this demo. Let's remove all the terraform.

• [x] Destroy the TF stack
• [x] Destroy the AWS bootstrap
• [x] Remove the TF and AWS code
• [x] Remove script commands in package.json
• [x] Update README
