Improve readme #55

Hello,

I've renamed the README.markdown to README.md.

Additionally I've aligned the readme to the one in spectacle. That means there is now a table of content and I renamed Development to Getting Started.

Another small improvement is that I've added ```bash ``` to every terminal command, to make those more obvious.

FYI: That is my first contribution ever, so please be kind ;)
