Fix print mode not showing content in Markdown slides and Animated slides #1299

Previously print mode hid content on Markdown slides and animated elements. This fix does two things:

  1. Replaces the previous pixel to inch conversion with pixels to center the slide in the page
  2. Ensures animated elements are always at their completion state in print mode
