About Page Style Update

Did some minor refactoring around the showcase partial
Added some simple styled-components that are specific to the About and ShowcaseApp components

Usage of theme variables like spacing isn't 100% as I think we're tweaking them in a separate PR.
I used the closest color variables I could find but we'll likely want to update them/add new ones to match Zeplin
