This PR

simplifies and fixes routing data and links using useBasepath
Removes absolute path prefixes in content for a better dev experience
greatly simplifies how markdown parsing / transformation happens at build time in favor of custom markdown renders + react-markdown
tweaks playground styles
Adds real npm data to the hero demo chart, and adds interactivity
