Register Mors as a PyPI package #1

Mors is already "pip installable". We just need to agree on the package name and register it.

Currently, you have to get stellar evolution tracks (Spada+13) from the website mentioned in the README. I've put these on OSF here: https://osf.io/9u3fb/. We could then obtain these automatically when running pip install.
