SOCRATES: automatically use atmospheric bulk properties #16

At the moment, we have to set atmospheric properties such as gravity through the rad_ccf file in Socrates. As these can change with time in the coupled model, we should either load these through rad_ccf (possibly like the method in Cl_run_cdf) or edit the model so that they're in a namelist.

Where is this rad_ccf file located? I don't know which properties are set there. Thanks for bringing this up!

It's in socrates_main/bin. It's something I'd forgotten about because it's automatically recompiled in the FMS version (and stays the same for the whole run), but we'll have to update it somehow in the coupled model.
