Fix deprecation warnings from config update #226

This PR addresses some of the deprecation warnings introduced by #203. So far I fixed all the ones in the dummy output.

Todo

[x] Add tests for calliope outgas converter
[x] Refactor other outgas/vol included settings to new converter
[x] Test with default and other configs

Hi @nichollsh , could you have a look at this PR? I think it fixes all remaining warnings. If you agree, I'm happy to remove the compatibility layer.
