Adapt VULCAN to couple to SOCRATES -- Read in TP profile and volatile global atmosphere budgets from COUPLER -- Print out mixing ratios and T-P-Z profiles
Add VULCAN to loop

Update on current status of this issue...

[x] Runs VULCAN as subprocess and provide it with PT profile and basic parameters
[x] Provide VULCAN with stellar spectrum consistent with that used elsewhere in the model
[x] VULCAN is stable and can converge on a solution
[x] VULCAN is provided with correct surface boundary conditions
[ ] Output of VULCAN is read-in and correctly processed for AEOLUS and SPIDER
